These Terms of Service (we just call them 'the rules') explain how we do business. They cover everything from getting a quote to finishing your smart home installation. By agreeing to work with Luminosa Casa, you're saying you understand and agree to these rules. It helps us both have a smooth experience.

Our Services

Luminosa Casa provides and installs smart home systems. This includes things like smart lighting, climate control, and home security in homes around Monza and Brianza. We always aim to give you practical, reliable solutions. We'll tell you what's included in your specific project plan.

Getting a Quote & Starting Work

When you first talk to us, we'll listen to your needs and then give you a written quote. This quote will show what we plan to do and how much it will cost. It's valid for a specific time, usually 30 days. If you want to change things after we've agreed, we might need to update the quote. We only start work once we've both agreed on the plan and you've accepted the quote.

Payments

We'll outline the payment schedule in your quote. Usually, a deposit is needed before we start, and the rest is paid when the work is done and you're happy. We accept bank transfers. All prices will be clear and in Euros. If payments are delayed, we might need to add a small late fee, but we prefer to just talk things through if there's an issue.

Your Part (Client Responsibilities)

For us to do our best work, we need a little help from you. Please make sure we can access your property when we need to. It's also helpful if you tell us about any existing systems or special requirements beforehand. Providing accurate information helps us avoid delays and extra costs. We also ask that you use the smart home system responsibly once it's set up.

What We Promise You

We promise to do our work carefully and professionally. We use good quality equipment and our team knows their stuff. We aim to complete projects on time and leave your home tidy. If there's an issue with our installation, let us know within a reasonable time, and we'll come back to fix it. We want you to be happy with your smarter home.

Warranty and Support

The smart home devices we install usually come with their own manufacturer warranties. We will tell you about these. Our installation work itself is guaranteed for a period, typically 12 months, against defects from our work. If something goes wrong due to our installation within this time, we'll fix it without extra charge. We're here for support even after we leave.

Limitations

While we do our best, there are some things we can't be responsible for. This includes problems caused by things outside our control, like power outages, internet issues not related to our setup, or if someone tampers with the system after we've installed it. We are also not responsible for damages that are indirect or incidental, meaning not directly caused by our fault.

Making Changes to These Terms

Sometimes we might need to update these rules. If we do, we will post the new version here on our website. The changes will take effect from the 'last updated' date. We encourage you to check back here sometimes to see the latest version.
